Building Blocks
While we are huge proponents for the fundamentals, this format requires it's players to think faster, react quicker and move a lot more. Adding key components to help build lax game IQ along with quick stick skills.

A great introduction to the game

If you are new to the sport or just want to try something new, this is a great avenue to learn the basics and have a ton of fun. It's a couple practices a week ending in a games day, so no travel is required. Our games day will be made of mixed teams of our club kids and free agents from all over. From our normal opponents (Missoula, Helena, Bozeman, etc) to other WA and Canadian individuals as well! Creating opportunity, and love for the game in a inclusive community.
